New Pool Awning to be Installed!
Construction will begin on a new pool awning April 23rd, 2018 (weather permitted). It will take 5 to 10 days to complete the installation. The walkway west of the pool (between the pool wall and the mailboxes) will be roped off along with some of the visitor spots directly in front of the pool, for safety while work is completed. Thank you for your cooperation and patience during this project.

TERMITES
Several units have reported signs of termite activity. We are asking all owners to have their units inspected and treated if need be.
